1. I believe that the courtesy patrol should be kept as a 24-hour program.

2. I believe that a statewide registry should be kept of all properties which have housed a meth lab in the past.

3. I believe that a seller of a property should be required by law to notify buyers if the property they are selling has ever housed a meth lab.

4. I believe that the first $10,000 of an automobile's value should be exempt from personal property tax.

5. I believe that the West Virginia Legislature should hold an up-or-down vote on every yearly tax increase, and that no taxes (such as the gas tax) should go up automatically without a vote.

6. I believe that private companies should not recognize elected officials in their communications with customers as the cause for any changes in pricing or services enacted by that company.

7. I believe that all children must have completed a diploma before leaving the public education system.
